“THE OLD HUNTERS” is set against the backdrop of a human world after the collapse of modern civilization. In the following generation of jungle ruins exists a group of elite hunters in pursuit of an ancient decree. The collection is designed with slanted zippers, multi-patch piecing, and color block pockets to create multi-functional conceptual gear for these future hunters. Considering that the profession of a hunter is relatively traditional, the project presents a contrast with the future in order to form a design concept of inheriting traditions, advancing with times, and progressing into the future. The textile, accessories, and tailoring all represent an evolution of human civilization and technology while the design and colors depict the hunting instincts of ancient times.
